1. Nature of Service

USImmigrationDocument.org provides private travel document assistance services, including review and electronic submission support.

Our service is optional. Applicants may apply directly through the official U.S. government website at a lower government-only fee.

2. Immediate Processing

Due to the automated nature of our system, processing begins immediately upon successful payment submission. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that service delivery commences instantly.

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Because processing begins immediately after payment:

  • Cancellation requests submitted after payment may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once processing has started.
  • Each request will be reviewed individually at the Company’s discretion.

4. Government Decisions

Approval or denial of an application is determined solely by the relevant government authority.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Application denial
  • Border entry refusal
  • Government delays
  • Change of travel plans
  • Misunderstanding of optional service nature

5. Duplicate Orders & Misuse

  • Duplicate submissions
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks
  • False or misleading information
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method only
  • In U.S. dollars
  • Within two (2) working days of approval

Currency conversion differences and bank charges are outside our control.

7. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified disputes may be contested and may constitute breach of contract.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be modified at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
