Right to Withdraw
You may request a refund if you are not satisfied with the service provided. Under the terms of this policy, you are entitled to withdraw from your contract at any time before your order has been processed. To exercise this right, you must formally notify our customer service team in writing of your intention to cancel.
Outcome of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, all payments you have made will be refunded. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. Refunds will also be made in U.S. dollars and will be initiated within two working days of receiving your written withdrawal request. If your bank or card provider converts the refund into your local currency, the exact USD amount charged will be returned, but conversion rates may vary.
Refunds are only issued back to the original card used for payment. Requests for refunds by cash, cheque, or money order cannot be accommodated. No additional fees apply when requesting a cancellation.
