Applicants may apply directly through the official U.S. government website at a lower government-only fee. Our services are optional.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an application, or making payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or its services.

3. Nature of Services

The Company provides private travel document assistance services, including:

  • Review of submitted information
  • Formatting and verification of application details
  • Electronic submission support
  • Customer assistance and clarification requests

We are an independent assistance provider and do not issue travel authorizations. Approval, denial, or entry decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

4. Optional Service & Fee Disclosure

The official U.S. government ESTA fee is set by the U.S. government.

Our total service fee is clearly disclosed prior to payment and includes:

  • Government processing fee
  • Private service and assistance fee

By completing payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a private assistance service
  • The service is optional
  • You understand you may apply directly via the official government portal

5. User Responsibilities

  • All information submitted is accurate and truthful
  • You are legally eligible to apply
  • You understand approval is not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for confirming travel requirements

The Company is not responsible for denial of boarding, refusal of entry, or consequences resulting from inaccurate information.

6. Processing Time

Processing may take up to 72 hours. Users are advised to apply at least 7 days before departure. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions are the responsibility of the applicant.

7. Refund Policy

If an application cannot be processed due to Company error, a refund will be issued. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy page.

Once an application has been submitted for processing, refunds may not be available except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service purchased.
  • The Company is not responsible for government decisions, delays, border determinations, airline decisions, or third-party actions.

No guarantees are made regarding approval outcomes.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after services have been provided may constitute breach of contract and may result in recovery action.

The Company reserves the right to contest unjustified disputes and provide evidence of service delivery to financial institutions.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to provide our services.

Passport and application data are deleted from active systems following completion or cancellation of processing, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, layout, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. The Company may suspend, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
